How long does the whole setup take?
Most Package 2 setups are completed within 3 - 5 business days. Package 3 including ServiceM8 and Xero typically takes 5 -7 business days.
Do I need any technical experience?
As long as you're comfortable using a smartphone and email you'll be fine. We walk you through everything step by step in plain English, no tech jargon.
Who owns everything after setup?
Most of your accounts are registered in your name and are 100% yours forever. Your website is built and managed by Touchstone Collective as part of your monthly subscription. if you ever leave, the site transfers to you completely. Nothing is held hostage.
What if I already have some of this set up?
No problem — we'll work with what you have. We can audit your existing setup and fix anything that isn't configured properly, or fill in the gaps you're missing.
